Delivery is available exclusively via DHL Express for an additional €65. Transit time depends on the carrier’s terms and the destination country. Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Send high-quality, legible scans or PDFs. Complete documentation helps us process your order without unnecessary delays.

Purchase agreement or invoice.

Mother’s maiden name and date of birth.
Additional information if required by the applicable registration procedure.

Vehicles from the UAE: the original registration certificate must be supplied according to the order processing requirements.

From documents to delivery

How ordering works

Enter your details

Provide the exact document holder, complete VIN, full delivery address, billing details and a reachable phone number with international dialling code.

We check the documents

We review the details and documents. If anything is missing or needs correction, we will contact you. Standard processing takes approximately 1–2 working days after receipt of complete documentation.

We arrange delivery

We deliver plates and documents exclusively via DHL Express for an additional €65. We also handle orders and documents on Sundays; processing and dispatch depend on complete documentation and operational availability.

Important instructions for details and documents

The name or company name must exactly match the person or business for whom the documents are issued.
The complete VIN contains 17 characters. The last five characters are used to match documents to the order.
When emailing documents, use the subject First name and surname — last 5 VIN characters, for example Ján Novák — ABC12.
The address must include a contact person, company if applicable, street, house number, postcode, city and country.
The phone number must be reachable in the delivery country. For delivery to Germany we recommend a German number; for Italy, an Italian number.
Check all details before submitting. An incorrect name, incomplete address or phone number may cause delays.

Maximum 8 files, up to 12 MB in total. You can also email documents to info@prevozneznacky.sk. Subject: Full name – last 5 VIN characters. Enter your mother’s maiden name and date of birth in section 2; these details are required for issuing the documents.
